We are hiring a part-time Accounting Analyst to support our clients by completing accounting activities including invoicing, updating financial systems, reconciliations, and preparing reports for various clients so they can manage their business effectively.
Accounting analyst
At EDGe Business Planning we provide simple plans and personal guidance to help business owners confidently manage their business finances. We are looking for a part time (10-15 hours per week) accounting analyst to join our growing team. You will support our clients by completing accounting activities including invoicing, updating financial systems, reconciliations, and preparing reports for various clients so they can manage their business effectively.
If you are detailed oriented, have excellent analytical and spreadsheet skills as well as knowledge of Quickbooks then this position is for you!
Required:
Accounting or Finance degree or working toward completion of degree
Proficient in Microsoft Excel including use of PivotTables, charts, and formulas. Experience with PowerPivot preferred but not required.
Experience with Quickbooks both Online and Desktop versions preferred.
Self starter who is able to work independently and complete assigned tasks by the deadline
Excellent attention to detail.
