Here is a brief description about each course:
Entrepreneurial Finance - Learning how business finance differs in a newly formed company compared to an established business. Focus on financial budgeting and the importance of cash flow.
Business Strategy - Why do companies do what they do? Why is it important for an organization to develop both long term and short term strategies?
