The PPP forgiveness application for loans <$150,000 is now available (Form 3508S.) It is a 1-page form that is easy and straightforward to complete. Please check with your PPP lender on their process for submitting this forgiveness application. Many lenders are using an online portal.
This is a simple form, and you are not required to submit any additional documentation.
You must certify:
That you have complied with all the PPP requirements and maintain records to support your forgiveness request.
AND
All information is true and correct subject to fines and jail time if you are found to have made false certifications.
This new form should speed up the forgiveness process for most loans.
